KIDS AERIAL FIT TO FLY (Ages 7-14. No experience is necessary)

Aerial Fit to Fly is a high energy, core crunching, upper body building workout designed to make you sweat while swinging in the air. These workouts target all areas of the body students didn’t even know they had!

Classes will use Aerial Hammocks to pull up, plank, and pose like pros. Students of all fitness levels are welcome as modifications will be offered.

AERIAL FOR ADULTS (15+ No experience necessary)

ADULT Aerial Yoga (15+ No experience necessary)


Aerial Yoga is a low impact form of yoga designed to strengthen your yoga skills (if any) while using an Aerial Hammock as a prop. These classes allow students to flow through traditional Yoga Asanas (poses) with a hammock supporting their weight and balance. Students tend to gain a more stable and deeper range of motion in their movements with this practice. While floating just above the ground classes will focus on linking breath, movement and mindfulness leaving students space to explore and connect to a deeper sense of self.

 

ADULT Aerial Fit to Fly (15+ No experience necessary)
