Senior Wellness Day
Tuesday, April 18, 2023 the YMCA held a Senior Wellness Day to help provide resources to the Gracefully Aged population and to those who care for them. Attending a Wellness Day allows a person to speak to a large number of providers and gather information needed all in one place.
