ADULT Aerial Yoga (15+ No Experience Necessary)
This beginner-friendly aerial yoga class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of aerial yoga using hammocks to support your practice. Whether you're new to yoga or new to aerial, this class will help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
You'll learn basic poses, breathing techniques, and gentle stretches while suspended in a hammock that acts as both a prop and support.
Expect a welcoming environment and enjoy an energizing class with plenty of modifications for beginners. You’ll finish class with a gentle cool down and a very relaxing savasana.
No prior experience is needed. Wear comfortable, fitted clothing and come ready to have fun!
ADULT Aerial Fit (15+ No Experience Necessary)
Aerial Fit is an exciting, full-body workout that combines strength, flexibility, and cardio, all while using a suspended hammock for support. This class is designed to challenge and tone your body with dynamic movements, resistance exercises, and functional training both on the floor and in the air.
You’ll work on core stability, upper and lower body strength, and overall endurance. The hammock will help you deepen stretches, engage muscles, and perform movements with a lower risk of impact, allowing for an effective yet fun fitness routine.
No aerial or fitness experience is required, but be ready to challenge yourself!
Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear and get ready for an exhilarating and transformative workout.
