KIDS AERIAL FIT TO FLY

Ages 7-14: No Experience Necessary

Aerial Fit to Fly is an energizing, core-strengthening, upper body-toning workout that will have you sweating while soaring through the air. This class targets areas of the body you didn’t even know you had!

Using Aerial Hammocks, participants will pull up, plank, and strike pro-level poses. All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications available to suit everyone.

 

 

 

 

 

AERIAL FOR ADULTS

ADULT Aerial Yoga (15+ No Experience Necessary)


Aerial Yoga is a low-impact yoga practice that enhances your yoga skills (whether you’re a beginner or experienced) by incorporating an Aerial Hammock as a prop. These classes allow you to flow through traditional Yoga Asanas (poses) with the hammock providing support for your weight and balance. This practice helps increase stability and a deeper range of motion in your movements. Floating just above the ground, classes focus on linking breath, movement, and mindfulness, offering space for students to explore and connect with a deeper sense of self.

 

ADULT Aerial Fit to Fly (15+ No Experience Necessary)


Aerial Fit to Fly is a dynamic, core-sculpting, upper-body strengthening workout that will have you sweating while flying through the air. These sessions target muscles you didn’t even know existed!

Using Aerial Hammocks, participants will pull up, plank, and strike professional-level poses. All fitness levels are welcome, with modifications available to ensure everyone can join in.
