EARLY LEARNING CENTER
The YMCA operates a VDSS State Licensed Monday-Friday year-round; full day early learning center for children ages 2y-5y from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
The center’s purpose is to promote the well-being of the child, to give love and understanding while providing students with skills needed to prepare to enter kindergarten. The ELC uses The Creative Curriculum to guide all classroom planning and activities. The program nurtures the child’s curiosity and helps to develop a love for learning.

The YMCA membership corresponds with the child or family in the program. For example, a preschooler can get a Youth Program Membership for only $15 a month. The Youth Program Membership is a monthly fee that offers a discount on programs like swim lessons, child care and more.
