What is Water Therapy?
Aquatic Physical Therapy sessions are provided in a heated pool by a physical therapist and support staff who develop individualized care plans to meet your goals.
Exercises performed in the water result in less stress on the joints and allow movements that are too difficult with a land-based treatment program.
INDEPENDENT USE OF THE HEATED POOL
After completion of your Therapy Direct Program, you will be eligible to continue use of the heated therapy pool during independent hours for free as a member of the YMCA.
As a non-member you have the option to purchase a 10-visit punch card for $35. The Punch Card covers use of the heated therapy pool ONLY. This card expires in 6 months from the date of purchase.
Flexible Payment (Financial Assistance) options are also available for membership and can sometimes be your best option. See the YMCA front desk staff to discuss the best option suitable for you.
