Membership Options & Details

*One-Time Fee

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP

1 or 2 adults with their dependents 23 or younger living in the same household.

Additional adults may be added to the membership for an additional charge.

FACILITY FEE

A one time fee upon joining. This includes terminated accounts that rejoin at a later time.  

MONTHLY FEES

Once you begin membership you will be charged each month that your membership remains active regarless usage of the facility. You may cancel your membership at anytime. Please see the Cancellation Policy under Policies & Guidelines for full guidelines on how to cancel your account. 

ACCOUNT HOLDS

• Accounts can only be placed on hold by the primary account holder.
• There must be a start date & end date on the form.
• After the end date, the account will return to "Active" status and billing will resume.
• Hold accounts can be placed for up to 90 days but no less than 30 days.
• Accounts may not be placed on consecutive holds.
• The start date must be at least 5 business days from the date of the request otherwise, you will be charged on the next billing cycle.

CANCELLATION

Membership cancellation requires a completed termination form 15 days prior to the draft date in order to avoid an additional monthly draft. If you do not meet this requirement, you will receive an additional draft that is non-refundable. Accounts paid in full for the year will not receive refunds.

Phone calls are not an acceptable method of cancellation
