August Group Exercise Schedule
New in group exercise this month!
Wednesday: Added Aerial Lunch class at 12:30pm & Added Aerial Fitness at 6:45pm with Janine.
This months Come to Dance style will return to Pop & Lock with Christyan on Friday's at 5:30pm.
Mildred's Monday & Friday Senior Aerobics class will begin at 10am and last until 11:30am.
