Welcome new Yoga instructor Susan Weeks. Look for her on the schedule Thursday 5 & 19 @ 7 am or  Friday 13 & 27 at 4:30pm. 

Reminder:

Wednesday: Added Aerial Lunch class at 12:30pm & Added Aerial Fitness at 6:45pm with Janine.

Come to Dance style is Pop & Lock with Christyan on Friday's at 5:30pm.

Mildred's Monday & Friday Senior Aerobics class will begin at 10am and last until 11:30am.
