The YMCA After School Program fosters growth by enhancing academic engagement, boosting confidence, and building character while supporting the entire family. Our program incorporates structured daily physical activity, STEM experiments, arts & crafts, a USDA-approved snack, as well as providing homework assistance and more to create a well-rounded experience for students.

YMCA Afterschool Program Schedule:
Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, from the end of the school day until 6:00 pm, including early dismissal days.
Inclement Weather Policy: In the event of early school dismissal or the cancellation of afterschool activities due to weather conditions, the YMCA Afterschool Program will adhere to Henry County School District’s protocol and will not operate on those days.

The YMCA membership corresponds with the child or family in the program. For example, a preschooler can get a Youth Membership for only $22 a month. The Youth Membership is a monthly fee that offers a discount on programs like swim lessons, child care and more.
