Exercising in water is a gentle way to exercise joints and muscles. The buoyancy of the water supports and lessens stress on the joints and encourages freer movement. Water may also act as resistance to help build muscle strength.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
AQUA AEROBICS
A workout that incorporates walking, jumping, low impact jogging, and use of water barbells & hand-weights. This class is designed to increase muscle strength and burn calories using the water as resistance.
AQUACISE
Enjoy a low impact workout, including a mix of aerobic exercises, water walking, light jogging, hand-bar use, and stretching. This class is designed to increase range of motion and balance with the added benefit of caloric burn.
AQUATIC STRETCH & STRENGTH
A workout that uses aqua barbells, aqua noodles, and paddleboards during core, upper, and lower body exercises. This class is designed to increase muscle strength, improve range of motion and balance while melting away inches
DEEP WATER AEROBICS
A deep-water aerobic workout designed to burn calories while strengthening muscles using water as resistance. Aqua noodles are used for flotation while jogging and performing aerobic exercise routines. (Flotation belts are available upon requests). MUST BE ABLE TO SWIM!
