Click the Programs tab and search Swim Lessons. Choose the correct swim lessons category & day and following on screen instructions to make payment.

Come to the Martinsville YMCA front desk to sign-up & make a payment.

The YMCA is not responsible for providing make-up class for any class that an individual student may miss.
If the instructor cancels class, the YMCA will schedule a make-up date.

Ages 6mo-2years

Accompanied by a parent, infant and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills.

Ages 3-5 years

Learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming skills: Swim, float, glide, jump, turn & exit

Ages 6-12 years

Learn personal water safety, basic swim skills & exit. Prepare for water stamina and swim to safety from longer distances.

12+ years

Learn personal water safety, breathing, basic swim skills & become comfortable in water.
