An orientation is a FREE information session typically 60 minutes in length that will provide you with the basics of how to use the weight machines and cardio equipment. You will learn how to start, stop, and change settings on cardio machines, change seat height, change weight selection on machines and discuss proper form.
***Please Note: An orientation is not a personal training session.” If you not interested in an orientation to equipment there are QR codes located on the Matrix equipment that you can scan for workouts and videos on using the equipment!
