The Y is nationally recognized as a leader in lifeguarding instruction. Through classroom activities, group discussion and hands-on practice, you’ll learn the skills you need to work in the aquatics field.

- YMCA of the USA lifeguarding certification
- CPR
- First Aid
- Oxygen Administration
- Book & Pocket Mask
PREREQUESITES
- Ages 16 and over.
- Complete a 250 yard Swim (Including: Freestyle, Breast Stroke, Side Stroke, Elementary Backstroke, & Brick Dive)
- Tread Water for 2 minutes
